After a day of activities, you can relax on the leather sofa and feel instantly soothed by the neutral tones and fresh vibe. When you’re ready to eat, there’s a modern, kitted-out kitchen at hand but if you’re not in the mood to cook, it’s a pretty stroll to the nearby harbour cafes (100 metres). Pick up tasty fish and chips then serve them back home at the handsome table with seating for eight people. Come bedtime, head upstairs to the first floor and choose between a super-king or king-size bedroom. Both bedrooms are immaculate but for extra comfort head to the second floor where the third bedroom is located. Featuring a super-king size bedroom it also has a private balcony and lovely sea views. In the morning, enjoy coffee on your private balcony and watch the boats bopping in the water. There’s also a balcony on the ground floor where you can dine al fresco with the whole family.
Brixham is a pretty harbour town. During the day, stroll along the breakwater to the lighthouse, swim in the seawater lido, or feast on delicious seafood at one of the harbour restaurants. In the harbour, children can also climb aboard a full-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, or splash in the sea at dog-friendly Breakwater Beach. Alternatively, jump on the South West Coast path and enjoy a walk through woods and along cliff tops.
