Located in the heart of Brixham and overlooking the harbour sits this thoroughly modern, three-bedroom property. It’s the ideal getaway for a family or six friends plus one dog, wanting beach activities, fresh seafood plus coastal and countryside walks.

Accessed via a set of stairs the open-plan living area on the ground floor is stylishly decorated with pendant and spot lighting, colourful artwork, and brilliant white walls. After a day of activities, you can relax on the leather sofa and feel instantly soothed by the neutral tones and fresh vibe. When you’re ready to eat, there’s a modern, kitted-out kitchen at hand but if you’re not in the mood to cook, it’s a pretty stroll to the nearby harbour cafes (100 metres). Pick up tasty fish and chips then serve them back home at the handsome table with seating for eight people. Come bedtime, head upstairs to the first floor and choose between a super-king or king-size bedroom. Both bedrooms are immaculate but for extra comfort head to the second floor where the third bedroom is located. Featuring a super-king size bedroom it also has a private balcony and lovely sea views. In the morning, enjoy coffee on your private balcony and watch the boats bopping in the water. There’s also a balcony on the ground floor where you can dine al fresco with the whole family.

Brixham is a pretty harbour town. During the day, stroll along the breakwater to the lighthouse, swim in the seawater lido, or feast on delicious seafood at one of the harbour restaurants. In the harbour, children can also climb aboard a full-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, or splash in the sea at dog-friendly Breakwater Beach. Alternatively, jump on the South West Coast path and enjoy a walk through woods and along cliff tops.

This is a very clean and well appointed apartment. It was warm and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Its proximity to the harbour,shops and restaurants mean you can easily spend a few days without car. The only downside is that with restaurant recycling bins behind and a busy street in front (plus the dawn chorus from the seaguls!), it waRead mores a bit noisy at night. Hide

Beautiful property, very high standard amenities and great location. From the large connected TV, to amazing bed linen and everything you need in the kitchen, it would be hard to find a property offering a better "home from home" feeling. The location is great, everything walking distance. We found parking very easy and cheap booking a pass for TorRead morebay parking. We will be back. Hide

Amazing place, location was great, in the centre of everything. The apartment was fab, had everything we needed including good Wi-Fi for the teenagers! We usually book a holiday rental every summer, and this is probably the nicest places we have had especially for such a reasonable price. We had amazing week in this cottage. So luxurious!!! Owners made sure we had everything we needed and we on hand if we need them. Location was perfection. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Great location and fabulous apartment with plenty of space and 2 balconies. With a lovely view from the bedroom. Brixham and Torbay has lots to offer. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay. The local buses are very convenient and frequent to get around Torbay. Owners are very friendly, approachable and helpful. 5 star accommodation would definitely stayRead more again!
