Enjoy all that Paignton and the English Riviera have to offer at this gorgeous, family-friendly town house with space for six guests (plus two furry friends), stunning interiors and an enclosed patio garden with a fire pit for fun evenings under the stars. There’s heaps to do nearby, and picturesque walks along the coast and in Dartmoor National Park.

The house stylishly combines contemporary furniture and decor with period features to create a stunning getaway. Step inside and go into the spacious, light-filled lounge/kitchen/diner, the hub of the home where you’ll find everything you need to rustle up delicious meals in the kitchen, with bi-folds door to the garden. Enjoy memorable mealtimes in the pretty dining area then relax on the comfy sofas in the stunning lounge, chat, play games and watch your favourite series on the Smart TV, or just sit in the bay window and watch the world go by. Upstairs is a gorgeous king-size bedroom, a contemporary double room, the family bathroom, and a reading nook with books to choose from, and bedroom three, a cute twin, is up a steep spiral staircase. Outside, soak up the sun with a drink and nibbles on the patio, spend evenings around the fire pit, and relax in the summer house.

Explore Paignton’s wonderful Preston Sands beach less than 500 metres away, stroll along the Pier, where you’ll find funfair rides and entertainment, wander along the promenade and stop for something to eat. Go on a boat trip from the harbour to Brixham and Torquay, take the kids for exciting days out at Paignton Zoo (2 miles) and Splashdown Quaywest (2 miles), the UK’s largest outdoor water park. Head out for pretty walks along the South West Coast Path and the wilds of Dartmoor (12.5 miles).

Lovely house, perfect for our needs. Lovely location, short walk to Preston beach and easy access to Paignton, Torquay and beyond.

The house is nicely fitted out, its clean, comfortable and within a short walk to the beach and local shops. Parking permits for each day were essential and gratefully received ( make sure you use them, we saw a parking attendant more than once) the owners were responsive to queries and left us a nice bottle of wine on our arrival, the perfect way Read moreto start our stay! Lovely location, spacious property, nicely furnished. Appreciated the owners book with ideas for eating out, and places to go. We were a bit concerned about the on street parking, but absolutely no problem, we always parked right outside the house. Day permits provided, just remember to put one on the car early each day or the night before.
