This stunning, luxury barn conversion makes the perfect base for enjoying the South Hams coast conveniently located for the beach and visiting Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Two four-legged friends are welcome to join you here on picturesque coastal walks and in the enclosed patio garden where you can sit in the sunshine and fire up the BBQ.

The cottage has been lovingly fitted and you’ll find luxurious, stylish interiors throughout. Step into the bright and light kitchen/diner where you can spend wonderful evenings making memories cooking and eating together in the contemporary space then go through to the stylish lounge to relax, kick back on the sofas and play a game or catch up on the current must-watch series on the Smart TV. On warm evenings, open the French doors to the patio. The shower room is on the ground floor too, handy for when you get back from the beach. Upstairs is a gorgeous bathroom along with the three stunning bedrooms, a king, a twin, and a single/king, all in relaxing neutrals. Fire up the BBQ and dine al fresco, enjoy drinks under the stars as the kids and canines wander in and out safely.

You’ll find many beautiful beaches within easy reach; pack a picnic and head to the golden beach of South Milton Sands 1.5 miles away, perfect for swimming, water sports and paddling. Pick up the coast path at the beach and follow it south to Hope Cove (1 mile) or north to Thurlestone (1 mile). Pop into Kingsbridge for fish and chips, visit the arts centre, museum, and cinema, or head to Salcombe (5 miles), an incredibly pretty and popular town with great shops, pubs, and restaurants, grab an ice cream and go crabbing on the quay.
