It is just 9 miles from the fringes of the dramatic Exmoor National Park and comes with a private garden where you and your family or friends can bask in the sunshine after your excursions.

Let yourselves in to discover creatively designed, reverse-level living, arranged to maximise the picturesque views out across your surroundings. At the ground-floor level, your inviting bedrooms include a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin room located up six steps. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and can be also arranged as a super-king-size if discussed at booking. Climb the gorgeous wood and glass staircase to emerge in an open-plan, split-level lounge/kitchen/diner, with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and picture windows that pull the verdant views inside. Whip up home-cooked meals in the stylish kitchen area, which features a wooden-topped central island and breakfast bar, as well as a dining table. Climb six stairs up to the inviting lounge area to watch the Smart TV or simply chat together. There is also a WC on this level. Dine outside on the south-east-facing patio against the beautiful, rural backdrop or light the BBQ on fine summer evenings out in the enclosed garden.

Strike out on long walks or cycle rides right from the cottage. Head into Tiverton to see the castle and wander through its gardens or take a horse-drawn barge trip along the canal. Spend an afternoon at the National Trust’s Victorian country house, Knightshayes Court, 5.5 miles away, where you can stroll through the scenic parkland.

Stunning views from all areas of the accomodation. The property is so well equiped and the decor finished to a high standard. Excellant quality of furnishings. Beautiful property with great views, furnished and equipped to the highest spec and a lovely design, a true home from home. Owners on site next door, very welcoming and friendly, quick to respond to any queries. Quiet location, and a short drive into Tiverton and all its amenities - highly recommended!

The cottage is presented immaculately with the highest quality of fittings whilst providing plenty of living space. We cannot recommend the cottage and the support of the owners highly enough and we will certainly be returning
