Totnes is a very central town and is one of the main routes through South Devon, making this a great location to explore other parts of the area. Dartmouth is 14 miles away with picturesque scenes of the River Dart, Paignton is 7 miles away and if you have children with you then a trip to Paignton Zoo is a must! and only 5 miles.
Step through the front door and into the hallway where you can hang coats and leave your shoes. To your right you enter the lounge and dining room, with big windows, high ceilings and a cosy décor the owner have really created a lovely ambience for a relaxing holiday. Cuddle up on the large sofa whilst watching a good film with a bowl of popcorn. Settle for dinner at the dining table with family or friends, either cooked by yourself or delivered by the local takeaway. To the rear of the property is the well-equipped kitchen that leads to the garden. Upstairs is the family bathroom with shower and WC. Next to the family bathroom is an additional WC. Bedroom two is up an additional three steps with two 3ft single beds with bedside cabinets, hanging hooks and a chest of drawers. The spacious master bedroom is at the front of the property with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (can be made into 3ft singles on request) with wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps and chest of drawers.
Steps lead to the long path to a gravelled garden, which can be reached through the kitchen and is a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine. Here there is seating to enjoy a drink or dine alfresco, and there's a fire pit and BBQ (Guests to provide coal for the BBQ). Private allocated parking for 1 can be found opposite the property.
