The ground floor entrance porch has plenty of storage for beach equipment and leads to a family bathroom and a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom. On the first floor, a family bathroom and three spacious twin bedrooms await, two of which also have zip-and-link beds. Venture up a further set of stairs and be greeted by a light-filled loft-style dining room boasting a large dining table and plenty of seating. The new(2024) kitchen has everything you need to cater for your stay. Spend your evenings curled up in the triple-aspect lounge complete with three sofas, a TV and plenty of traditional games. Step out of the dining room and onto the south-facing decked terrace with plenty of seating for al fresco dining.
Meander along the South West Coast Path for miles of breathtaking views, or head to the Templar Way tidal walk (7.5 miles) for a range of scenery including moorland, woodland and meadows. Ness Cove Beach is only 1 mile away, and you can access it through an original smugglers' tunnel. This secluded beach is nestled between the shelter of the cliffs and offers plenty of rock pools to explore. For animal enthusiasts, Shaldon Wildlife Trust is less than a mile away, perfect for watching the escapades of meerkats, squirrel monkeys and other endangered species.
