This spacious apartment is located 350 metres from the sandy Woolacombe Beach in Devon. This airy two-bedroom, ground-floor apartment is the perfect spot for families or friends looking to make the most of the great outdoors. Take advantage of the secure, private storage for surfboards, wet suits and bikes, to make the most of the nearby beaches and coastal activities.

Step inside the shared entrance and discover bright, contemporary and single-storey accommodation. Underfloor heating ensures a cosy stay throughout the year. The lounge/diner offers the perfect place to relax, with a Smart TV and a double sofa. There are also two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin.. Plus, a Z-bed is available, by prior arrangement, for those wanting an alternative sleeping arrangement. If you're looking for an outdoor adventure then you're in luck. There are shared grounds to explore, a hot outside shower to rinse off any sand after a day at the beach, and a BBQ to cook up an al fresco supper. Surfboards and bikes can be stored in your own private locker.

Woolacombe is just the starting point of coastal adventures here – why not take a 1-mile walk along the South West Coast Path to Grunta Beach, or a 2-mile hike to the scenic headland of Morte Point for spectacular views? For a day of fun, head 5 miles down the coast to Croyde Bay, renowned for its fabulous surfing. Or make the most of local family attractions, including Ilfracombe Aquarium (7 miles), Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park (12 miles), and The Big Sheep (22 miles).

Spacious and comfortable in a great location - all you need within a short walk. Everything works, and the beds are comfortable. We stayed in the apartment above a year or two ago and this is identical, so we were very happy.

Tides Edge was looking very welcoming when we arrived for our Christmas break, with cheery decorations and some delicious goodies. The location was ideal quiet and peaceful, but only a short stroll to the shops and on down to the beach, and having two parking spaces was a plus. Tides Edge is a great base for a beach holiday. It's literally a 6 minute walk to the beach. Great outdoor space with a shower for surfers and line for wet suits. Plenty of parking. Perfect space for 2 adults and 2 children.
