Absolutely loved our stay at the Threshing Barn cottage. Beautiful scenery, fantastic ammenities (including a very large, top quality washer and dryer) and well equipped kitchen- including lots of fantastic baking equipment. Clean rooms and fantastic hosts who offered us clean towels, checked we were comfortable and happy and who even reduced the Read morechemicals in the hot tub so our kids could join us! First class service and made for an unforgettable time away. The box of chocolates provided were also a big hit and very nice touch. The only thing to note is lack of network signal/unstable wifi. I knew internet would be spotty due to other reviews, which I was fine with as I like to switch off when away, however for my in-laws travelling from abroad, it was difficult with needing to confirm reservations/flight seats for their travel home. If you dont need to be making bookings and reservations and are looking for a wonderful escape from the busyness of life - this place is perfect and we hope to be back again soon! Thank you so much! Really lovely setting, well appointed rentals, with super friendly hosts. Set in a picturesque region, and dog friendly! Myself and two friends had an incredibly relaxing week. Really enjoyed the massive hot tub! It is very remote, so perfect to properly unplug and decompress from the rest of the world.
