This superb detached modern home is set in a peaceful and quiet location yet within a few minutes stroll you can be in the centre of the picturesque village of Croyde or on the wonderful sandy beach renowned for its surfing.  For walkers take a stroll around Baggy Point the National Trust headland with spectacular views of the coastline.

Inside, the property is spacious and attractively presented, with underfloor heating each room is provided with individual room controls for your comfort.  The spacious lounge is bright and airy with large comfortable sofas, feature inset fireplace, and french doors opening onto the decked patio and level lawn. A stylish, well equipped dining kitchen with large family table is complemented by solid woodwork surfaces and cream units. A bright dining room with french doors also opening to the garden offers the option for dining or alternative family space.  On the first floor are four well-presented bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. Both King size bedrooms are ensuite, one with shower and another with bathroom, with views towards the sand dunes and sea. The fifth bedroom, a twin room is on the ground floor.

This unique and individual home provides an opportunity for the larger discerning family and is furnished and equipped to a high standard.  The lovely south-facing landscaped garden is ideal for the whole family to relax or dine al fresco.  With ample private parking, guests are also welcome to use the garage with convenient electric garage door providing useful storage for surfboards or bicycles.

What a fantastic property! The location was perfect - walking distance to both beach and town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future. Would highly recommend. The beach gear in the garage was a handy bonus too!

Bon Accord is perfect for a family group holiday. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is so well equipped, lovely comfortable beds and plenty of space, clean and bright. The garden is nice and private, great for kids. We had a very relaxing week and everything was provided for a happy stay, including the welcome pack on arrival.

Bon Accord is such a beautiful house, located in a wonderful location, where you can view the sea, sand dunes and countryside. With an elderly member of the group, it was also excellent for easy access. We were lucky to have a week of glorious weather. We made use of the barbecue and garden. Baggy Point is a short walk away, and we also found theRead more nature reserve close by as well. We spotted seals in the sea and plenty of bird wildlife such as Meadow Pipit and Skylarks. Croyde village is a short walk away, and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the cottages and gardens on view. We had a superb meal at the new Coast Kitchen restaurant and would highly recommend them. This house is in a brilliant location for both the beach and village. Both are only a very short walk. It is set back off the road making it incredibly quiet at night. The welcome pack on arrival was an extremely nice touch after such a long journey. The kitchen is very well stocked as is the garden with lots of good furniture.
