This contemporary, ground-floor apartment is in a peaceful yet central location, less than half a mile from Woolacombe’s award-winning beach. Spend your days on one of the UK’s best-loved beaches, building sandcastles on the sands and surfing in the sea, before dining out at the many restaurants on your doorstep or catching up with your favourite shows using the high-end entertainment equipment.

Inside, the apartment offers great accessibility including a level entrance and layout. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and well-equipped with oak laminate flooring and good sound insulation, and the modern underfloor heating ensures you can warm your toes after a bracing surf. The spacious, open-plan living area has comfy leather sofas (one is a bed settee for additional sleeping), and a modern dining area where you can get together after a day on the beach. A fully equipped kitchen area provides everything you could need for your holiday. When the day is done, choose from two attractive bedrooms – one good-size king and a smaller twin room – both of which are light and airy, and share a wet room with a walk-in shower. Step outside to the shared patio which has a BBQ area and an outdoor hot shower, plus a private lockable store for boards and wetsuits.

Woolacombe offers miles of golden sands with surfing tuition and equipment for hire. The village has a good selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants all within half a mile. Explore the rock pools of the smaller coves along the coastline or, for the more energetic, the picturesque village of Mortehoe with its cliff-top walks along the South West Coast Path is an exhilarating 1.5-mile walk away. Further afield, the spectacular flora and fauna of Exmoor and the popular harbour town of Ilfracombe – with its galleries and eclectic choice of cafes, restaurants and shops – are within 7 miles.

The location was perfect.. very quiet but very close to all that you wanted town . beach. Shops .the parking was great just outside the apartment window.. size of the rooms very good..the bed was so comfortable..all the equipment in there was very good and worked well . would I like to stay there again..yes please..the weather was so hot the week wRead moree spent there..too hot..on the beach every day which was very good cleaned every morning..sand was beautiful.. very flat and easy to walk into the sea ..I did have a small problem with the sound on the TV but phoned owners.told me what to do. From then on .all good...my age lol ..I couldn't find any faults with the appointment and highly recommended it to others.. thank you.. Hide

We love staying here. Weve stayed here every Easter for the last 5 years. Its really clean and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Also its so close to everything in Woolacombe.

Other than above. The cottage is absolutely fabulous. It's in a great location. It's beautifully set out. The fact you have designated parking spots is ideal. There is ample equipment for meals, and it is all in great condition.
