Next to this area is a stylish farmhouse-style kitchen with contemporary touches and a central wooden dining table with seating for four. Climb the cottage-style stairs to reach the first-floor twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The master double bedroom is on the second floor and boasts views across Dartmouth. Outside is a small bistro set for two to enjoy a refreshing drink in the fresh air.

During your stay in the heart of the harbour town of Dartmouth, you’ll have an excellent selection of seafood restaurants, traditional pubs, cafes and a museum within 0.5 miles. Stroll to the edge of the River Dart and walk around the harbour (within 0.5 miles) – from here, you can hire a boat or catch a ferry to Kingswear (1 mile) or the 15th-century Dartmouth Castle (1 mile). From the castle, you can follow the South West Coast Path to Sugary Cove Beach and the Sugary Green Park and Garden (1 mile).
