This spacious two-bedroom apartment is conveniently situated in the heart of Combe Martin village and is an ideal base for a family holiday on the North Devon coast. Located within easy walking distance of the beach, village shops and family-friendly pubs, it has been arranged over the second and third floors of the building to maximise the sea and countryside views.

Take the stairs up to the apartment where you will immediately feel at home thanks to the beautiful prints on the walls, fresh decor and good-quality furnishings throughout. Leading off the carpeted hallway is the family bathroom, with a large window allowing plenty of natural light. Both bedrooms are also located on this level: a double with a balcony boasting sea and valley views, and a super-king zip-and-link bedroom with distant sea views and its own en-suite. Climb the stairs to the open-plan kitchen/living area where a cleverly designed window from the landing gives you a glimpse into the spacious seating/dining room beyond. Incorporating the whole of this floor, and with light flooding in from three windows and patio doors, the whole space is bright, airy and comfortable. The living room is a great environment to relax in after a day exploring the coastline, and wonderful views can be enjoyed from many aspects in this sociable, open-plan space. At the end of the day, take a glass of something special out to the balcony and soak up the sea air.

Combe Martin has been well-loved by visitors for generations, and this apartment is only 200 metres from the main high street which leads down to the small beach (0.5 miles). From here, you can pick up the South West Coast Path and set off on rambles overlooking the sea. The Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe (5.5 miles) and family attractions of Watermouth Castle (2.5 miles), Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (2 miles), and Exmoor Zoo (8 miles) are all nearby, while Exmoor National Park (2 miles) and its stunning scenery, is also easily accessed.

Nice clean well appointed, spacious apartment. Nice to know the heating worked as it was cold during our stay. Would definitely go back.

Lovely apartment in ideal location with parking as a bonus. Had all main facilities and was very clean and tidy. Only a short walk down to beach and town facilities.

The property was ideally situated for sightseeing and walking along the coast. Stunning views along to Hangmans point. It was tastefully furnished with everything we needed for a great week away. Just a small issue of no lift available and tight parking but this didnt spoil a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful time! Fantastic apartment, very clean, modern, comfy and lots of amenities! Views out to see are great, we saw many a beautiful sunset! We hope to return and would highly recommend to friends & family.

4 Rone Apartments is light and airy, well equipped and clean. It has lovely views over Combe Martin and made a lovely relaxing holiday where you can leave the car parked and enjoy the local beach, rock pools and coastal walks.
