This spacious single-storey property in a quiet residential area of Paignton makes the ideal base for friends or family to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday, with two beaches less than a mile away. It sleeps five guests and has a lovely garden perfect for having a BBQ and a couple of drinks after a fun day out.

The inviting, comfy house is all on one level and has ramped access. It’s light and bright throughout with comfy furnishings and lots of space. Relax in the lounge area and watch the Smart TV or listen to some music from the comfy sofas. On warm evenings, open the patio doors in the lounge or dining areas, where there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy holiday mealtimes together and cook in the airy kitchen. There are three attractive bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower, and a second separate WC. There are well-kept gardens at the front and rear. At the rear is a lovely, enclosed garden, mainly a patio and paving with garden furniture and a small lawn – it’s a great space to light the charcoal BBQ and dine alfresco.

Paignton is right on your doorstep and there’s good access to Brixham (4 miles), Torquay (5 miles) and the Torbay area. Broadsands Beach and Goodrington Sands are just 1 mile away, where you can sunbathe or take a dip. Enjoy the stunning scenery on the South West Coast Path (less than 1 mile away) on walks in either direction or have an exciting family day out at Paignton Zoo (2 miles), home to over 2,000 animals. Play on the arcade on Paignton Pier (2.5 miles) or take a ride on Dartmouth Steam Railway from Goodrington Sands station (1 mile).

Lovely stay at Bidwell Brook. A real home from home holiday. Very spacious bungalow with everything you could need. This was 2nd visit and looking forward to the next already.

This is probably the best summer holiday let weve had. Location, for us, was fantastic. 5 minute drive to Broadsands Beach. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, with a regular service to the restaurants and pubs in Brixham. Loads of room for a family of four. A good size double, similar size twin and an extra single room. The price was incredible,Read more just over 1000, mid August. Property needs some updating with new curtains required in some rooms. Television needs replacing with a Smart TV due to poor reception at times. No opening windows in Lounge/Diner only Patio Doors which could be a problem with small children.
