Relax in the lounge area and watch the Smart TV or listen to some music from the comfy sofas. On warm evenings, open the patio doors in the lounge or dining areas, where there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy holiday mealtimes together and cook in the airy kitchen. There are three attractive bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower, and a second separate WC. There are well-kept gardens at the front and rear. At the rear is a lovely, enclosed garden, mainly a patio and paving with garden furniture and a small lawn – it’s a great space to light the charcoal BBQ and dine alfresco.
Paignton is right on your doorstep and there’s good access to Brixham (4 miles), Torquay (5 miles) and the Torbay area. Broadsands Beach and Goodrington Sands are just 1 mile away, where you can sunbathe or take a dip. Enjoy the stunning scenery on the South West Coast Path (less than 1 mile away) on walks in either direction or have an exciting family day out at Paignton Zoo (2 miles), home to over 2,000 animals. Play on the arcade on Paignton Pier (2.5 miles) or take a ride on Dartmouth Steam Railway from Goodrington Sands station (1 mile).
