The lovely lounge, which has a Smart TV, a comfy corner sofa, a wood burner-effect gas fire, and cool nautical pieces, is on the first floor. On the second floor are two elegant bedrooms - a double and a twin - the family bathroom, and a quirky walk-in shower. The top floor is home to the master bedroom, a gorgeous double room with a Smart TV and DVD, and an en-suite shower room. The house has no private outside space, but the town is right on your doorstep.
Step outside and you’ll find a choice of fantastic coffee shops, tearooms, pubs, and restaurants to choose from. Wander to the waterfront to explore the harbour and head out on the water by kayak, paddleboard, or hire a boat. The stunning beach of Blackpool Sands (2.5 miles) is the perfect spot to relax, swim or go rock pooling. Wander along the South West Coast Path or head to Dartmoor National Park (15 miles) for country walks. Dartmouth hosts many festivals during the year, including a music festival in May, the Royal Regatta in August, and a food festival in October.
