After a fun day out, this is the perfect family-friendly home to return to, with plenty of space inside and out. It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a gorgeous garden with a hot tub, as well as a private parking space. It’s close to everything in Torquay town centre and perfectly placed for exploring the South Devon coast.

The house has been beautifully styled throughout and fitted with everything that guests might need. The kitchen/diner is light and bright with a smart kitchen, a bean-to-cup Jura coffee machine and a dining area to enjoy cooking and eating together. Kick back and relax in the spacious lounge, with comfy sofas and a TV/DVD. There’s also a shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms - a king-size and a twin - have attractive feature walls and storage for your holiday clothes. The front terrace is a gem – it’s enclosed and catches the morning and evening sun. There’s garden furniture for relaxing and al fresco dining, a gas BBQ, and a luxurious covered hot tub, only available from Easter till 1st October.

Torquay is a popular seaside resort known for its incredible beaches, perfect for surfing, kayaking, swimming, and paddling. It’s also a great town for foodies with something to suit everyone, from amazing fish and chips to high-end fine dining restaurants. It’s on the unspoilt English Riviera and home to 20 beaches on a 22-mile stretch of coast. Wander along the South West Coast Path to visit some of them and you’ll find breathtaking views. Have a fun family day out at Babbacombe Model Village (2 miles) or head to Paignton Zoo (5 miles). The bohemian market town of Totnes is 10 miles away and the incredible wilderness of Dartmoor National Park is a 16-mile drive.

Richard is a very nice man always checking we were ok. The Villa is lovely and the Jacuzzi is an added bonus. it's on an amazing site with the main property, easy parking and on road parking right outside with no restrictions. Torquay a short walk down Babbacombe road or there are two busses which stop right outside and one also goes right up to TeRead moreignmouth. Very nice area and the local pub, Kents tavern and wellswood shops just 5 mins away. Plenty of southcoast walks with Ansteys cove a must see place lovely cafe as well.So overall a very nice place with access to many areas. Hide

nice property, owner very helpful, unfortunately no sun in the garden, due to it being set back, but not a problem if you are travelling about as we did.

We had a lovely stay good location for accesss to Torquay town and beaches .. quite in the evenings , good parking lovely cottage (with fabulous hot tub/ BBQ and patio area a very ) nice host . We will be back Thank you Rich x
