This fabulous house in central Paignton is a great base for friends or family to have a wonderful seaside holiday, with Broadsands and Godrington beaches less than a mile away. It sleeps five people and two canine companions, with the bonus of a conservatory lounge and a summerhouse giving you extra space to relax. The garden is fully enclosed with somewhere to sit and chat or laze in the sunshine.

Bright with plush soft furnishings, this inviting home-from-home has lots of character. Head from the entrance hall to the kitchen/diner where you can cook up a storm and dine together, which connects to the living area, with big comfy sofas and a Freeview TV. The dining area leads to the conservatory, providing another room to relax in with a second TV. You’ll also find a handy cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor are the three comfortable bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of the light and bright bedrooms have king-size beds and the third bedroom is a single. Heading outside is a space for everyone: a patio with dining furniture, a second decked area with sun loungers, a lovely lawn for the kids and dogs, and a summerhouse everyone can use.

Wander to beautiful Broadsands Beach (1 mile), perfect for a stroll with the dogs, or paddling and rock pooling. For a longer walk, continue along the cliff-top South West Coast Path towards Brixham (5.5 miles). Torquay is 3.5 miles away in the other direction, known as a surfing and gastronomic mecca. Enjoy a family day out at Paignton Zoo (2 miles), take a ride on the Dartmouth Steam Railway from Paignton to Kingswear, visit Dartmouth (5.5 miles), or get out into the stunning countryside in Dartmoor National Park (13.5 miles).

Puffins is a cosy, modern and pet friendly three bed house with a private parking and fully enclosed garden courtyard. Perfectly located in Paignton, not far from Godrington and Broadsands beaches. Paignton town centre, harbour with local pubs, restaurants and cafes, Torbay Leisure Centre, Splashdown Quaywest and Torbay Golf Centre are located in less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

Lovely house and garden. Good location for everything. Towels were lovely and soft and plenty of tea towels. Lots of extra touches, beautiful ornaments and pictures. Nice enclosed garden with lovely garden furniture and summer house. Everything you needed for a family holiday.

House was lovely very comfortable and clean Near bus stops and coop supermarket within walking distance if less mobile the stairs and shower over the bath might be a problem for some !

We loved our stay at Puffins! Our party was of mixed ages and we all found the property exceptionally comfortable and well equipped - a real home-from-home with easy parking on the driveway and a fully enclosed back garden that was perfect for our small dog. We would totally recommend this property. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional and everything you could need was available in the well equipped kitchen. The garden was beautiful and with the use of sunloungers available was a bonus if we wanted a lazy stay at home day which is often lacking in other properties. Beautifully clean home. Fabulous couple answered any queries I had. Lovely location on a quiet estate and in easy reach of neibouring towns. Ie Brixham Paignton Torquay Garden was a lovely size and being south facing is a bonus. Loved the extras for the children like toys bubbles etc. will definitely be returning again. Thank you

A wonderful stay in a great location. Spotless, spacious house. Lovely garden. Bonus of milk, teabags + flowers on arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Even thought given to choice of childs bedding! Almost better than home from home. Will book again.

The owners of this property are so lovely, we have been 3 times and wouldnt hesitate to go again for us its in a perfect place with easy access to all the surrounding area. Co-op, chemist, bakery are a very short walk away highly recommend to families great size garden for kids. If you dont drive you are in a bus route which even though we are Read morecar drivers if you fancy a walk into Paignton you can get the bus back. Hide
