Enter and you’ll see that guests’ comfort and convenience are a priority; on the ground floor a utility room with laundry facilities and a WC complements the sleek open-plan kitchen and dining room. Sure to be the setting for companionable gatherings this space is full of light, with floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors to allow in the fresh countryside air. All the must-haves of home are here, including an electric range-style cooker with ceramic hob, Tassimo coffee machine and island unit with seating. Two ground-floor bedrooms each have twin beds and and en-suite shower room, while upstairs there’s a pretty single bedroom. Also on the first floor, the spacious lounge has a Smart TV and plush sofas, plus some gorgeous views. Above, a sumptuous second-floor master suite has a super-king-size bed and its own private seating area with a Smart TV; for ultimate versatility the family bathroom on this floor has both a bath and separate shower. Just 5 miles away, Salcombe is a favourite for family holidays and visiting yachtsmen. Nice clean modern accommodation with good location to access towns and beaches in area and with space for party members and dogs to play and walk. Good parking.

Very comfortable and well equipped property within walking distance of Kingsbridge, though the hill may be too steep for some.. Private farm road with little or no traffic was ideal for morning and evening dog walks and a large enclosed garden with plenty of garden furniture. Owners were very helpful and friendly. A lovely home from home with everything you could need. Location was good but if you want to walk to Kingsbridge or the local pub beware of the steep climb out of the property, especially if you have small children.

What an absolutely beautiful cottage in the perfect location! Spotless and very comfortable. Possibly the nicest cottage weve ever stayed in. The hosts were very welcoming and left a bottle of Prosecco, a cheesecake and a lovely plant for us. A lovely gesture and we really appreciated it. Would definitely stay here again. This converted barn is just wonderful with breathtaking views, a short drive to Kingsbridge town and to the most beautiful beaches. I would highly recommend this property and location.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was very well equipped, everything you could need. 'The owner had decorated it for Christmas and that was appreciated. It was warm and comfortable. Carol's communication was very good.
