Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom, contemporary holiday villa makes a great base for anyone wishing to be right on the North Devon Coast, within walking distance of sand and surf and close to family attractions and beauty spots. Welcoming dogs too, it could also be ideal for anyone eager to hike out along the South West Coast Path.

Make your way down the airy hall to the splendid, light-filled lounge/kitchen/diner, with its underfloor heating, glass doors and many windows on to the garden. Settle on the sumptuous seating to watch the Smart TV or chat to your friends and family as you listen to music. Head over to the sleek kitchen whenever you fancy a cup of fresh coffee or are ready to start preparing dinner on those occasions you choose to dine in. Gather round the table inside or carry the plates outside if the weather permits. Also downstairs are a handy utility room and a garage/games room, with table tennis table. One of your bedrooms, a king-size, is also at this level, together with a family shower room. Another king-size, with an en-suite shower room, and a twin, with an en-suite bathroom, are on the first floor. Take your book and a glass of wine out into the garden on sunny days and simply relax as the children and pets play on the lawn. There is parking for two cars at this property.

We were honestly blown away with this property, the sheer spaciousness high end quality and lovely location with enclosed garden for the dogs. We had some grey days and a little rain so we were actually happy to chill in our lovely home for the week. Its actually lovely to come away and find the comfort better or the same as you get at home . Great property for 5 adults, 2 of which were elderly ( downstairs bedroom and bathroom), and 2 dogs (enclosed garden). The location worked well for us. Very quiet and lovely walks, through the National Trusts, Kipling walk at the top of the hill leading down into Westward Ho. Also close to the main road leading to other attractions. Lovely house, modern and has everything you need, a nice new rug would be nice in the living room. Great location to walk and drive out to go on other walks. This was our second stay and enjoyable as the sun was out every day!!

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was probably the best equipped place for cooking that we've ever stayed in! The combined kitchen, dining area and sitting room was a sociable set up, with plenty of room for the six adults in our party.

Stunning accommodation, so spacious and perfect location. Our kids and husband enjoyed the table tennis and we had a bbq one evening. Beds are really comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The house is amazing. A home from home. Beautifully decorated. Well equipped minus a couple of issues re home and microwave. But all in all a fab place to be.

The house is in a lovely quiet location. A 15-20 min walk downhill to the beach and town. We had some issues with the cookware which hadnt been cleaned and no WiFi which we had to resolve ourselves! Great garden which is very private and secure for dogs. Downstairs has underfloor heating which was lovely. Very comfortable house in a quiet location. Close to town via a hill, which justifies eating the cream teas. The house had everything we needed for a lovely week away in a beautiful part of the country.

We loved the airy modern feel of the property and made use of the comfortable garden seating every morning and evening. The spacious garden was ideal for the dogs and well maintained. The 10 min walk to the seafront was perfect but the uphill return walk was pretty hard core.
