You’ll soon feel re-energised at this two-bed coastal gem in the heart of beautiful Beer. Soak up the warming sun’s rays sitting in the long bay window offering partial sea views or settle down in the cosy corner on the landing at the top of the stairs to read, admire the stained-glass window or just enjoy the peace and quiet. One canine friend can join you at this stylish apartment too, and with the dog-friendly beach just 200 metres along the road, walkies couldn’t be a more relaxed affair. This apartment even boasts peaceful shared gardens with wonderful views and would be the perfect place for couples or a small family.

Internal stairs lead the way to this bright and airy property that offers really comfortable and up to date accommodation, while keeping some attractive period features. Feel the stresses of everyday life slip away in the light-flooded lounge with its open fire in a pretty Victorian surround and armchairs in the bay window overlooking the street and down towards the sea. Dine at the table for four also set in the extravagant window space. Take your pick between the en-suite, king-size bedroom or the relaxing twin. The tranquil garden completes this property, great for views and sharing a moment with your nearest and dearest (on two and four legs!).

This stunner certainly has a wonderful location, being in the centre of popular Beer village and an almost literal stone’s throw along the street from its gorgeous beach. Build sand castles, walk and maybe brave a dip with your canine buddy. Otherwise, put your walking boots on and join the South West Coast Path along the dramatic Jurassic Coast, blowing the cobwebs away in the process. Pop to neighbouring Seaton (2 miles) for slightly more amenities and its quirky Tramway which allows dogs on the lower decks of its replica vintage trams.

Please note: This property can be booked in conjunction with The Haven for larger groups.

The location is fantastic. Clean, tidy. Property with parking near the sea is hard to find! It was in an open garage which kept the car cool in the heatwave. Could be tight wiggle for some bigger cars or drivers. Kia Niro fine.

Comfortable, well equipped and with a sea view. Excellent central location, close to some excellent places to eat and drink, short walk to beach and shops. We have an SUV and took the decision to move to a public car park as a car from the art gallery is parked to the left and the visitor is strictly allocated to the right of the open garage. We spent four very enjoyable nights at The Belvedere. The apartment is excellent, comfortably furnished, and the pottery and art on the walls sets it apart from other rentals. Nice flat in a great location for visiting Beer. You can see the sea from the lounge if you angle the chairs suitably, but mainly you're looking straight across the road at the properties opposite (which are pretty). The flat is comfortable and well equiped.

The Belvedere is really well located, very close to the beach in Beer. You can sit in the huge bay window looking out at the sea, and watch the comings and goings along the main street. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed, with a comfortable King sized bed and comfortable sofas. There is access to the garden which slopes up steeply beRead morehind the property but offers great views over Beer and plenty of seating. There is a flight of internal stairs up to first floor apartment from a very small vestibule. There is a parking space, but it is down a narrow alley and requires skillful manoeuvring. After needing assistance to park at the property, we moved the car to the main car park which always has plenty of spaces out of season. It costs 25 for the week and the ticket covers all East Devon Council car parks (Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth, Seaton) making it good value. Hide
