This two-bed, ground-floor apartment in Seaton ticks loads of boxes. The location is fantastic too, just a hop, skip and a jump over the Esplanade to the long shingle beach. Turn left to walk to Axmouth Harbour at one end where you can watch the small craft negotiate the current at the modest entrance. Or turn right and walk the entire length of pebbly Seaton Beach or along the promenade-style pavement towards the quaint row of beach huts. Back at your holiday home, de-stress with family or friends in the stylish lounge complete with sea views.

This single-storey flat offers space enough to spend quality time all together or to find a little corner for some quiet moments. Seaton’s amenities are within 0.5 miles so you can leave the car behind if you want a restful break. Take a ride on Seaton Tramway for a different perspective. This is also the gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site, so there’s lots to explore from your cottage base. Picture-postcard Beer village is 2 miles westwards along the South West Coast Path, while Lyme Regis with its famous harbour lies 8 miles east.
