Small but perfectly formed sums this bijou beauty right up. It’s an ideal bolthole for a couple or solo traveller plus all-important canine chum, located in perennially popular Beer village. All of us coastal explorers (with or without dogs) know just how great it is to be near the sea when you’re supposedly at the seaside and this flat doesn’t disappoint. Beer Beach is within 300 metres, making your break all the more relaxing. Head out exploring, safe in the knowledge that this comfortable property is waiting for you at day’s end.
Accessed via a private entrance and moderately steep stairs with hand rail. This cosy first-floor apartment has all you’ll need for a couple’s break in Devon. It’s compact but the layout works really well for both spending quality time together or taking a break for some quiet time. The lounge/diner has soft seating, a Smart TV, board games & playing cards and also your very own table for two to eat holiday fare cooked up in the bright country-style kitchen with all mod cons and cheerful tiles. The double bedroom has a homely feel, just right for a good night’s sleep.
Head straight to the beach morning, noon or night to breathe in the sea air, blow the cobwebs away and recharge your batteries. Check out the rock pools and keep an eye out for fossils. Have a wander around Beer with all it has to offer including independent shops. It’s as pretty as a picture. Join the South West Coast Path as it comes through the village and walk as little or as much as you like. Easier forays include Seaton, 2 miles to the east, and the picturesque village of Branscombe, 3 miles west. The former is a bigger town with facilities and sites including the Seaton Tramway.
