Gather your loved ones – be they family or friends – and make magical memories at this three-bed, end-of-terrace cottage in pretty Beer. This stylish property boasts a wealth of cosy corners, places to sit and relax if you need some quiet ‘you’ time. The kitchen/diner has attractive wood floors and a shaker-style kitchen, but there’s also a table seating six and an armchair in here to settle down in while keeping an eye on the oven. An even bigger sofa awaits next to the cosy wood burner in the lovely lounge. The inviting window seat in the large bay makes a great spot for reading or people-watching. On the first floor, two stylish bedrooms – one king-size, one twin – share a contemporary bathroom. The lovely garden is terraced across three levels with an enclosed and furnished patio, a further decked terrace and a lawned area.

The house was lovely but there were a few things that could be addressed. The fridge door wasn't attached to the cupboard door (not major, but worth mentioning) and the kettle really needs replacing as it leaks at the bottom and often doesn't click off when boiled. Cleanliness was 4 rather than 5 as I found previous guests hair on the carpet and tRead morehe bathroom tiles looked a little unloved. Very well equipped house with fab selection of games, dvds and jigsaws. Loved the fossil kit and all the local info available. Only constructive criticism is that the pillows were dreadfully flat - we needed to use cushions to prop us up enough but we do tend to have big pillows at home! We had a lovely stay and felt right at home - currently considering repaintongmy kitchen cabinets, table and chairs to be more like the ones at Victoria Cottage! Thank you for a lovely week. Hide

Great location, very easy to access Seaton, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis. Make sure to prebook dinner reservations as Beer gets very booked up!

We had a great week staying at Victoria Cottage. The cottage was so comfortable, spotlessly clean and homely with plenty of space for our 2 year old to explore and some lovely toys to play with. Thank you for the scones, jam and cream and the wood burner starter pack.

What a beautiful few days! Beer is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of London and I couldn't have asked for anything better than Victoria Cottage. Thank you for providing such beautiful accommodation for our weeks stay in Beer. This was our third holiday here and the best cottage by far; spacious, beautifully designed and equipped, everything we needed and more. This year we went on a fossil walk organised by the Lyme Regis Museum and thoroughly recommend it for all ages. Thank you.

Victoria Cottage was everything we hoped for. Beer is a lovely location and a great base for exploring other parts of Devon and Dorset. We particularly enjoyed Topsham and Lyme Regis. We were blessed with good weather for most of the week. The South West coast path is on the doorstep bur not for the fainthearted, especially back from BranscombeRead more!! Smugglers Kitchen in Beer was excellent but could only get in one evening. The Anchor for drinks and classic pub grub. Topsham - The Passage Inn, great food, staff and location. Lyme Regis - plenty of good places to eat and parking only 2 for the day at the top car park. Thanks for a great stay. Hide
