Gather your loved ones – be they family or friends – and make magical memories at this three-bed, end-of-terrace cottage in pretty Beer. This stylish property boasts a wealth of cosy corners, places to sit and relax if you need some quiet ‘you’ time. It’s spacious and seamlessly fuses the old with the new, providing a superb place to stay that’s both practical and extremely comfortable. Unusually for a seaside stay, it also has a private garden and parking space.

This family-friendly, light-filled cottage manages to feel homely and stylish at the same time, with great attention to detail and the occasional quirky touch. The kitchen/diner has attractive wood floors and a shaker-style kitchen, but there’s also a table seating six and an armchair in here to settle down in while keeping an eye on the oven. An even bigger sofa awaits next to the cosy wood burner in the lovely lounge. The inviting window seat in the large bay makes a great spot for reading or people-watching. On the first floor, two stylish bedrooms – one king-size, one twin – share a contemporary bathroom. Up again, a quaint twin bedroom nestles in the eaves, complete with three Velux windows flooding it with light. The lovely garden is terraced across three levels with an enclosed and furnished patio, a further decked terrace and a lawned area.

This lovely property is within 0.5 miles of picturesque Beer’s main street and shingle beach. Explore its independent shops and take a night off cooking at one of the many pubs or eateries. Victoria Cottage is located in a quiet residential area of Beer with it's own off-road parking spaces in front. A lovely light, spacious and comfortable house. Very well equipped. Decorated for Christmas. Welcome basket of coffee, tea and biscuits. We loved our stay.

Great property in fantastic location. Well equipped kitchen and cozy living room. Very clear instructions on how to find the property. Having parking makes this property. We were a couple so plenty of space, sharing a bathroom and loo between 6 would be cozy.

The cottage is located int the centre of Beer, so one can walk on foot to the pub or restaurant at night. Beer is a lovely village at the sea, small and cosy. Ideal for exploring the Jurassic coast. Thanks!

Really nice place to stay in Beer with lots of things thought of. Perfect location a few minutes walk from the shops and the beach. Three parking spaces a really important factor in a village where parking is very tight.

We had a comfortable stay at Victoria Cottage which is well equipped and ideally situated in the Village of Beer close to both pubs and local restaurants. It is only about 400yards from the beach and the South west Coastal Path.

A lovely clean, nicely furnished and decorated property. Very spacious, in an excellent location, very close to the beautiful pebble beach and to some good shops, including Woozie's deli. There were only two of us but I'm sure children would love the attic bedroom. Good walking direct from the door to Seaton, Beer Head and Branscombe via the cliRead moreff paths. We had a lovely week. This is a lovely comfortable house with great parking and lots of thoughtful extras. Very well equipped for self-catering. You will need to be ok with stairs as only one toilet in 1st floor bathroom. Beer is lovely and we would recommend Gino's restaurant.
