Escape with the whole pack – that’s up to seven on two legs and one on four – to this three-bed gem in Beer. It’s the perfect spot for any family or group of friends to use as a comfortable base while exploring this quaint fishing village and the wider East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This includes the awe-inspiring Jurassic Coast, with Beer Beach within 300 metres. With a garden and parking too, you’re really winning at beach life with this property.
Surprisingly spacious, chill out in the light and airy lounge complete with a large bay window, TV, open fire and lots of sofa seating for cosy nights in. The pretty kitchen/diner has a charming fitted kitchen, plus a country-style table for six (or seven). Upstairs, the main bedrooms comprise one double, one twin and one with bunk beds that any kids will love. However, there’s an additional futon in the garden room that doubles as an occasional bedroom (by arrangement) downstairs. An enclosed garden to the rear features a furnished patio area. The garden area beyond the courtyard is not available for guests use.
Beer boasts some amazing coastal walks, good news for any canine companion! Hop on to the South West Coast Path which runs through here and head in one direction one day and the other the next. Seaton to Beer is a great route, affording dramatic views across this Jurassic Coast. Potter around the village enjoying the independent shops, an ice cream here, some chips there. Or prepare a picnic to take to the hilly Jubilee Memorial Gardens behind the beach which offers lovely views of both the village and sea.
