Escape to the seaside for a fabulous break at this two-bed, first-floor apartment on Seaton’s seafront. With a brilliant location along the Esplanade, you can see, hear and even smell the sea from the flat and bracing beach walks are literally across the road. Inside, relax in the elegant lounge as you drink in the uninterrupted sea views from the bay window. Renovated within a period property, the high ceilings, bay windows, ornamental fireplaces and spacious rooms lend this accommodation a calming vibe. And the allocated parking space is a great perk in any seaside town.

There’s a shared hallway and one flight of stairs up to this fully equipped apartment that retains a sense of grandeur. Once inside, its comfortable accommodation is just right for a small family, one or two couples or a group of friends keen on exploring this awe-inspiring area of the Jurassic Coast. Gaze out to sea from the lounge or dine in the contemporary kitchen. Two spacious bedrooms comprise one king-size boasting sea views and one twin with a peaceful feel. Another room can be a snug or occasional bedroom sleeping one extra guest (by arrangement) as it has a truckle bed.

Step outside, cross the road and turn left to reach the quaint Axmouth Harbour. Turn right and head towards the centre of town, its Clock Tower, Seafield Gardens or the larger Cliff Field Gardens. There are stacks of cafes, shops and eateries in Seaton, too. If you don’t want the hassle of driving, catch a bus 8 miles to Lyme Regis with its renowned Cobb (old stone pier). Or hike 2 miles along the South West Coast Path to picturesque Beer with its white-cliff backdrop. The Regency gem of Sidmouth (10 miles) offers more coastal treats as well as its nearby Donkey Sanctuary (7 miles).

Lovely spacious apartment and a fantastic location with off road parking. However, this lovely apartment is in need of tender loving care. Too many issues that need to be resolved. This was our second visit and there won't be a third.

A very comfortable and spacious flat, ideally situated for catching buses to other parts of the south coast, which we needed to do in order to walk the South West Coast Path.

This was a return visit. The flat is in a brilliant location and being able to see and hear the sea from the living room and bedroom is so good. Having designated parking makes a huge difference, too. The furniture in the living room has been newly replaced and is nice and clean. We had a lovely two-night break, and the flat was at least as good as expected. Actually, we didn't realise there was a third bedroom, which we didn't use. Well equipped, with good, clear instructions. Someone was parked in the flat's allocated space on our arrival, but politely made room.

A very spacious flat with a wonderful view. The beds are very comfortable and all the rooms are large with high ceilings. The parking space (at the rear of the property by the flat entrance) is a real bonus and big enough for an MPV.
