This first-floor one-bedroom apartment sits within a coastal house on Seaton’s seafront and offers an idyllic setting for a romantic getaway. It boasts uninterrupted vistas of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Bay and Beer Cliffs from its stylish living spaces. From the property, you can take a leisurely stroll along the Esplanade situated just across the road and enjoy the mile-long beach bathed in sunshine.

Walk through the entrance hall to the open-plan lounge/dining room, where you can admire the scenery from the big windows. This is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner for two, cooked in the kitchen which is well-equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up culinary delights. After supper, you can settle on the sofa or in the armchair and watch a movie on the TV and DVD. After a long day, you can make the most of the king-size bedroom or enjoy a soothing soak in the bathroom. The bedroom window overlooks the sea, so you can wake up to the sound of the waves. Although the cottage doesn't offer its own outdoor space, it is located only 160 metres from the beach. Travel cot and high chair available on request.

Seaton is a charming town with plenty of pubs and restaurants for special evenings out, and it also offers easy access to the South West Coast Path, providing a scenic route for ramblers to explore the surrounding East Devon countryside and coastline. For a more relaxed day out, enjoy a ride on the Seaton Tramway as it winds its way through the Axe Valley, passing through Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve. The area is a popular destination for those looking for days out, with Lyme Regis being 7.5 miles away, and many other seaside destinations nearby.

The view from the front room window is wonderful. Parking is fine off the road. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen adequately equipped. The shower good. The location very good for both relaxing and exploring the coast and countryside around, and also getting food shopping at Tesco superstore nearby.

all very good ..will book again..would go in our smaller car next time , as parking would be a problem if other apartments were occupied..but we had no issues,and a lovely holiday .Thankyou

Perfect location with sea views. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. Parking space was a bonus, but might prove tight to park when all flats/apartments were fully occupied.

Not much one can say that has not been said to compliment the property as to it's location right across from the beach, the lovely view of the sea and beach from the front room window, and the very useful / helpful amenities supplied by the owner. Makes for a very relaxing stay.

A lovely apartment in a great location with off road parking. Everything needed for self catering was provided. Jill is very considerate host with superb communication. The location couldnt be better for access to supermarkets and town on foot. The ocean view from the front window is wonderful.

We really loved staying at Seashells. Luckily the weather was perfect so we swam most days and also had good walks on the coastal paths, doing loops between Beer and Ladram Bay.

Quality is our rating on the whole visit / experience. The accomodation was well provisioned with appliances / facilities. Small touches also like a pack of biscuits, dishwasher tablets, small carton of milk and a bottle of wine provided for one's use / enjoyment. Apartment is clean comfortable & well equipped. A walk in shower would be better than the bath with shower over that is rather difficult to get in & out of. Everything else was perfect.

A very comfortable apartment with excellent sea views. The location is ideal for all facilities i.e. restaurants, shops and attractions. It is well equipped with everything you can want and more. A text from Jill the owner telling us that we could occupy the property before the published arrival time was much appreciated and the welcome pack with mRead moreilk, biscuits and a bottle of wine was a nice touch.
