Preston Down is a 2 bedroom detached holiday bungalow in Paignton Devon. This spacious bungalow is on one level and is set in a very pleasant, large level garden plot and is situated in the popular residential area of Preston, there is a good selection of local shops just next door as well as others within a few minutes by car. Occombe Farm is at the beginning of Preston Down road, less than a mile away, and offers a great family day out with a children's play area other activities. The accommodation is comfortably furnished for two couples or a family of 4 adults and 2 children and is a popular choice with many guests visiting year after year. The sun lounge to the rear overlooks the large lawned garden and there is excellent woodland walking just 200 yards away ideal for exercising the family pet. The town centre and the excellent choice of beaches at Preston and Paignton are all just a short drive.
Kitchen/Dining Room
Decorated with a beautiful blue and white modern theme throughout the kitchen is a great family base to gather and enjoy a holiday meal together. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. There is also a wooden dining table so you can sit and watch your meals getting prepared. From the kitchen is also a door through to the sun lounger.
Living Room
The comfortable and spacious living room has a blue coastal theme throughout allowing you relax into your holiday. This room has a Smart TV. There is also a book shelf with a selection of books for you to explore throughout your holiday.
Bedrooms
The property contains 2 bedrooms and each room is a comfortable and spacious size. Bedroom 1 contains a double bed and a dressing table. Bedroom 2 contains a double bed and a child size bunk bed set. This is a great room for families with young children. Duvets and pillows provided. Bed linen and towels provided.
Bathroom
There is one bathroom in the property that contains a bath with shower over and a washbasin and WC
Children/Infants: High chair, travel cot, child toilet seat, stool and potty are all provided, along with a selection of baby toys.
Outside
Accessed via the kitchen the property has a delightful sun lounge with patio furniture. This then leads onto a large lawned rear garden which is perfect for children and pets to run around.
Parking
There is a private driveway at the property where you can park.
This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
