There is a wonderful wood burner for cooler evenings and the kitchen/diner is well equipped and the ideal space for gathering to cook and eat, plus there are bi-fold doors here to bring the outside in. There’s also a lovely king-size room on the ground floor with its own en-suite shower room and a separate downstairs WC. Upstairs, you’ll find three equally lovely bedrooms - a king-size, super-king-size with zip-and-link option, and finally a family bunk room, providing a bunk bed and additional pull-out truckle bed. The family bathroom is also on this floor and all rooms have been beautifully decorated. Outside, there are two enclosed private terraces as well as a spacious lawn area for children and dogs to roam without worry whilst you soak in the hot tub. There are also places to dine outside and a BBQ so you can make the most of milder weather.

From the property, you are just under 7 miles to the coastal town of Bude where you can explore some of the pretty beaches such as Summerleaze and Crooklets where you can enjoy a shoreline stroll, build some sandcastles or take to the water for a spot of swimming or surfing. For a more sedate time, why not stroll along the canal, hire a pedalo or enjoy some lunch by the waterside? Those who love getting outdoors will be able to spend hours wandering the South West Coast Path or head to Welcombe Mouth for stunning views and exploring rock pools.
