Set on the first floor this apartment is part of an impressive detached property, the apartment has a laid-back feel that suits its coastal location and sets up a relaxing holiday vibe. Its L-shaped kitchen area is minimal and elegant, with integrated appliances and plenty of worktop space. Dine by the bi-fold doors that lead to the balcony, enjoying the fresh sea air and inside/outside feeling, and afterwards you can move over to the comfy sofas, nestled in the corner, where there’s a Smart TV, DVD and Sonos speaker. The bright and airy main bedroom is king-sized and has an en-suite shower room. There’s also a double bedroom and a room with two sets of bunk beds, sharing a handsome bathroom with a shower over the bath. In terms of outside space, you can dine alfresco on your decked balcony, enjoying an early-morning coffee or watching the sun set. Alternatively, the shared lawn is perfect for catching some sunshine or playing games.

The apartment is located between the charming village of Croyde, with its pubs, shops and cafes, and its beach - popular with surfers, and also great for swimming and rock pooling. There are breathtaking walks from your doorstep, around the rugged National Trust coastline at Baggy Point or across the dune-backed beach towards Saunton Sands. The larger village of Braunton is 5 miles, with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, while the market town of Barnstaple is 10.5 miles, and the attractions of Watermouth Castle, Combe Martin Wildlife Park and Ilfracombe Aquarium are all within 15 miles.

Very well situated and equipped property with lovely space outside for play and rabbit watching. Comfortable and easy walking to the beach.

Hi Really happy with the property. A couple more seats around the dinner table as there was five of us, and a microwave would have made it perfect. Great location only 5 minutes walk to beach. Comfy beds for a good nights sleep. Plenty of space in garden for the kids to play in too. Property was great value compared to some houses we have stopped iRead moren around Croyde. Will definitely stay there again Would book again sooner apart from the high up front deposits required through original cottages Hide
