This bright and beautiful holiday bungalow is located in a quiet road in the vibrant village of Braunton, and within easy reach of stunning beaches, scenic walks and the picturesque towns and villages of North Devon. Thoughtfully decorated and equipped, and set all on one level, this is a lovely retreat for friends and families of all ages.

This spacious, detached bungalow has been decorated with a breezy coastal feel that will instantly put you in the holiday mood. Its sleek kitchen flows through to the dining area and then the lounge, all benefiting from plenty of light via glazed doors and skylights. There’s also a utility room, with a washing machine, freezer, WC and storage for wet suits, surf boards and other outdoor gear. After a day out exploring, you can cosy up on the sofas in the lounge, enjoying the Smart TV, before heading to one of the three good-sized bedrooms. The double has an en-suite shower room and direct access to the patio and garden, while the others - a king-size and a twin - have views over the front lawn. All have ample storage and the latter two rooms share the family bathroom. For relaxing in the fresh air, the garden is an absolute delight, with pretty, planted borders, a decked area, a lawn and a patio with dining furniture and a BBQ.

Braunton offers a choice of shops, pubs and places to eat and is in a great location between the market town of Barnstaple and the sandy surfing beaches of Saunton, 3 miles, Croyde, 6 miles, and Woolacombe, 6.5 miles. Public footpaths and bridleways criss-cross this area, and the Tarka Trail is 0.5 miles away, a smooth, flat cycling route that passes through gorgeous scenery.

Lovely Bungalow, nice short walk to village centre not far to beach, and many other lovely places to visit. Its clean and well kept with everything you need.

First class property with excellent facilities; private garden, and no ambient noise in vicinity. We were not impressed with the local eateries far too many allow dogs. However would recommend Belluno in Bideford; Memories in Northam; Strandfield Grill in Commodore Hotel, Instow; Pelican in Sticklepath.

Wow, an absolutely super place to stay. Exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable and lots of little touches. Garden is well maintained and enclosed which is great. The area is so quiet so a complete rest. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby, great places to eat and 10 min walk to the town. Definitely recommend!

What an outstanding place to stay , if this was my home I would keep it for myself it was perfection itself . Everything was top quality and spotless.

Lovely bungalow with everything anyone could need. Beautiful garden with barbecue equipment but alas, weather against us.
