No. 2 The Poop Deck is a beautifully decorated chalet located on the popular holiday park of Norton Park near the historic town of Dartmouth. Norton Park is a wonderful family friendly holiday park within a 5 minute drive of Dartmouth town centre. The park is on a regular bus route between Dartmouth and Totnes, passing Woodlands theme park, Dartmouth golf course and within just ½ mile from Sharphams winery.
Dartmouth lies within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is ideally located for exploring. The town has a variety of award winning restaurants, cafe's and art & craft shops in a beautiful setting, on the River Dart and a great base for The South West Coastal Path and nearby beaches. You can also take the ferry across the River Dart to the Dartmouth Steam Railway, and catch the steam train for a memorable adventure to Totnes and Paignton.
In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many local events and festivals in the area like the Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival.
This chalet is well equipped for a family holiday and provides a welcoming environment for adults and children alike. No. 2 The Poop Deck is all ground level with an open plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Lounge/Dining area: Two seater sofa, two modern Ikea armchairs, TV unit with a Smart TV and DVD player, coffee table, side table and two side lights. In the dining area, there is a table with four chairs. There is also a cupboard for storage.
Kitchen: Large fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, two bedside tables, full length mirror and two wardrobes, one with pull out dressing table.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, one bedside table, wardrobe and full length mirror.
Bathroom: Large walk-in shower, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Parking: Parking available for one car.
Garden: Communal gardens. Four garden chairs provided.
Changeover Day: Saturday Arrival 16:00 - Departure 10:00am
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided.
