Book a memorable stay at this charming three-bedroom flat overlooking Putsborough Sands on the captivating North Devon coast. It’s ideal for a family or group of friends wishing to enjoy a quiet beach holiday in a tranquil setting, and perhaps trying out some water sports like windsurfing or coasteering. Start each day taking in stunning sea views from your private balcony, and when it’s time to explore on foot, you’ll be directly on the South West Coast Path, opening up ample opportunities for scenic wanders that can go on for miles and miles.

This modern accommodation has a lovely open-plan living space which is excellent for relaxing and eating, with plenty of sofa space, a Smart TV and a table with room for six diners. Expect a welcoming and pleasant decor with artwork on the walls and colourful accents. The views from the main area are spectacular, to be enjoyed whether you’re doing some meal prep in the modern kitchen or kicking back with your new novel. In mild weather, you’ll love kicking back on the furnished balcony, and you can even go for a swim in the shared swimming pool for some gentle exercise.

You’ll be in such a fantastic location – morning swims or surf sessions are a breeze with the seafront 50 metres away. You’ll have a shop and pub within 1 mile, and the surfing mecca of Croyde is just 1 mile away – why not head there on foot along the pretty coastal path? If you fancy venturing a little further, head to the delightful village of Woolacombe (4 miles) where you’ll find a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants plus a fantastic 2-mile-long sandy beach.

Beautiful apartment overlooking a stunning beach. The furnishings are top notch and it has been renovated to a high standard. One of the best equipped holiday homes I've been to. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, washing machine and a new high spec AEG dishwasher. Having 3 showers was a bonus. We made use of the pool for an early morningRead more swim. Lovely location - if you are a confident Devon country lane driver! You want for nothing when you arrive, kitchen fully stocked with more tools and kitchen wares than you are likely to need. Furnishings of excellent quality and cleanliness very good. We had a significant maintenance issue on arrival and I am only sharing as I feel the interaction Read morewith the property manager was brilliant. Speed, execution and communication 10/10. Beds soft but this is my opinion but will be fine for others. We love Putsborough and although it is remote(cant just pop to the local pub or shop) its a great property if you are satisfied with the stunning location and even better views of a sunset. The book shelf loaded with books and games will keep all ages entertained when the British sun doesnt cooperate! I am certain we will be back. Hide

Number 20 is perfectly located for a beach holiday where you can park up and not need to move all week. The views are exceptional and the apartment is comfortable and very well equipped.

Clean and modern property, well furnished, loads of books & games, plenty of cupboard space in kitchen for food storage including large fridge & freezer, and full range of kitchen appliances and cookware, including sharp knives! Looking forward to returning for a future stay.
