Upon entering the property, you’ll be wowed by the marvellous river views through the floor-to-ceiling windows which envelop the living room. Offering plenty of seating for all the family, this room is a perfect place to relax, be it by watching a film on the TV, reading a book or playing board games with one another. The kitchen is filled with everything you’ll need to cook up a feast for a large group, featuring a table for four. Next door is the formal dining table, offering space for celebratory meals with seating for up to ten guests. Down a level on the lower-ground floor is a fun games room with nautical decor and a pool table, as well as a utility room and a family bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor, there is a conservatory area offering a tranquil space to unwind. This floor has three bedrooms including a double bedroom and two king-size rooms. The master bedroom also enjoys an en-suite bathroom, providing access to the second lounge with ample soft seating for socialising. Completing the floor is a family bathroom. Please be aware that the property is accessed via a lift and there are approximately 20-25 steps from the car park to the lift. Due to the nature of the access to the property, we advise that this property is not suitable for small children and those with restricted mobility.
Dartmouth (1 mile) is a beautiful town to explore; it has an array of independent shops and eateries, as well as a shingle beach which stretches for 3 miles. Hop aboard a ferry and discover the enchanting destinations of Torquay (11 miles), Salcombe (20 miles) and Totnes (12 miles) to explore the local culture, or venture onto the South West Coast Path to soak up the rugged landscapes and dramatic sea views.
