Welcoming you into the property is the entrance hall with ample space for storage. At the heart of the home is a wide-open living room/dining area with a floor-to-ceiling window offering beautiful views of the surroundings. A corner sofa and a selection of additional chairs make up the seating, with a charming wood burner and TV for a perfect setting. Around the corner, you’ll find the dining table with both chairs and bench-style seating to accommodate ten guests. Next door is the bright and airy kitchen with a breakfast bar for two and a modern, sleek finish. Three of the bedrooms can be found on the first floor, starting with a luxurious king-size bedroom complete with a dressing room, an en-suite bathroom and serene sea views from the window. The twin bedroom can be made up as a king-size upon request and has a calming sea theme whilst the final twin enjoys fun decor. These bedrooms share use of the family bathroom. On the lower-ground floor, there is a final double bedroom which celebrates the local area, located beside the final bathroom. In addition, the lower-ground floor is also home to the utility room, games room and the garden room. Outside, an enclosed garden offers space to dine alfresco on the raised deck to soak up the scenery.
Morehoe is well known for its meandering walking trails through coast and countryside, with Grunta Beach just a mile away where families can explore rock pools, take a dip in the sea or try their hand at surfing. A mile away, accessible via the South West Coast Path, is Woolacombe where you’ll find a whole host of activities for all ages from mini golf to beach swings. The picturesque bay stretches for miles with a flat seabed, whilst in the village itself, an array of independent eateries serve up delicious meals. Barricane Beach, located just next door to Woolacombe Beach is a lovely quiet cove, where Sri Lankan curry is served up on evenings during the summer as the sunsets for a memorable holiday experience.
