A luxurious coastal home boasting a landscaped garden with blissful sea views across North Devon. Nestled on the outskirts of Morthoe, this elegant oasis is ideal for family escapes or overdue reunions with friends plus a couple of honorary four-pawed members. Wade through the waves lapping along the shoreline at Woolacombe Beach (2 miles), before sliding open the bifold doors to delve into an al fresco supper on the leafy patio.

This tastefully appointed property features a bright beach house interior with earthy rattan textures, ocean blue hues, and clean lines. Slip off sandy shoes on the tiled porch then step into the lounge/diner. Pour over guidebooks at the wooden feasting table or wedge open the patio door and sink onto the soft leather sofas with a pre-dinner snack. Pad along the heated flooring into the wonderfully sociable kitchen/lounge bathed in natural light. Potter in the light shaker kitchen and rustle up a feast or perch at the glossy breakfast bar to sip a drink beneath the artistic hanging lights. Throw open the patio doors to embrace breezy indoor-outdoor living or snuggle up beneath the plush blankets in cooler months and flick through the Smart TV. Retire upstairs to discover four beautifully designed bedrooms in a range of configurations to suit the whole group. Outside, unwind in the front garden and gaze across far-reaching sea views or get competitive with lawn games in the rear garden.

Amble along the South West Coast Path and drink in rugged coastal vistas as you follow the clifftop trail toward Morte Point (2 miles). Adventure-seekers can scramble down the steep stone staircase to enjoy an invigorating paddle at Rapparee Cove (7 miles) while those in search of more sedate pursuits browse the independent boutiques and eateries of Braunton (7 miles).

The house was very spacious and very well looked after. We also had a view of the sea in the distance. A short walk down to the village where you could get a meal. We only had one problem and the owner came quickly to sort it out which was great.

Superb house for a large family. Lots of space and the garden is totally enclosed for a dog. The owners are friendly and live nearby. Plenty of parking and lovely walks from the house. Theres a good shop up the road at the caravan site which is very handy.
