A stylish coastal property with a tranquil outdoor space, set in a peaceful corner of North Devon near the lively surf village of Braunton. This contemporary hideaway is perfect for families or small groups of friends seeking a seaside escape with thier furry tag-a-long. Pack a picnic and hike along the grassy clifftop trail overlooking the golden crescent of sand at Croyde Bay (4 miles), before sinking onto the plush outdoor seating on the patio and popping a celebratory bottle of bubbly.

This airy retreat features an airy open-plan interior with clean lines, wooden textures, and rich jewel tones. After a day by the sea, congregate in the bright kitchen and whip up a summer spread or perch on the swivel bar stool with an aperitif. An excellent property for both location and function. Well appointed facilities throughout with a roomy & light feel to the place. A great base camp for so many beaches and places to visit and ample parking for 2 x cars is a big plus also.

Very peaceful location, even though you have to get through the traffic bottleneck that is Braunton. Great kitchen, loved the two fridges and freezers. Huge TV in lounge, great hit with my husband! Very comfortable bed, we both slept really well. Didnt discover the chair was a recliner until half way through the holiday, but loved it. Great locatioRead moren to see North Devon, but I wouldnt recommend the reliability of the local buses. Watch the driveway, the locals will block you in if youre not careful. Hide

Great location with good parking and a safe fully enclosed garden for dog, which is not always the case, and it is a real sun trap with very comfortable furniture. Have just had a lovely week and would definitely book again. 5* on cleanliness front.

This is a really modern, beautiful well equipped bungalow in a very quiet residential location. A great base to tour the north Devon stunning coastline. It was 12 minutes walk to the village which has some nice pubs and restaurants. We felt like it was home from home and wouldnt hesitate to return. Thank you to the hosts.

Superb location to explore the North Devon area. Property is modern and decorated to a high standard throughout. Very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
