Crackington Haven (5.5 miles) is the nearest dog-friendly beach, but do check seasonal restrictions. The popular seaside town of Bude is 10.5 miles and worth a mooch, checking out the surfers or having a meal out. The rugged coastline is stunning with rocky coves, golden beaches and myriad wonderful walks, including along the South West Coast Path.
