Lovely tucked away cottage, very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Clean quiet and very close to the village restaurants, pubs and shops in Appledore. Great coastal walks and the Tarka trail is close by for a stunning cycle along the estuary and beyond using the disused railway. All in all a beautiful place to stay.

There are things wrong with hideaway. Electric failed twice unsafe voltage. Many steps up and a long lane to walk with no car access unaware of this. You as a company you are very good and I will use you again but never go to hideaway again

The cottage was absolutely perfect for us and our dog, we felt instantly at home and relaxed. We cooked almost every day and the equipment was excellent. The quality of bedding, towels, and added little extra touches really made this cottage worth returning too, even with the parking a little bit away. The log burner meant we were really cosy duriRead moreng the stormy weather and the book selection was amazing too ! The only negative was the state of the cobbles to the front of the cottage, we were concerned on seeing how overgrown it was, also the use of the conservatory to the yard was impossible due to how overgrown everything was, these issues did spoil our trip a bit and hood that owners will see this as constructive feedback , we have photos of that might help. Everything else was just perfect and we are looking to book again next year. Hide
