A very well cleaned cottage, with all the basics, fresh, fairly new furniture and sets of towels of a sensible size (rather than the often provided mega-sized 1 towel per person). Suitable for a pleasant stay, situated at @ 15 mins walk from the beach and less to the village centre.

The accommodation is perfectly situated for both beach, walks and amenities. Bright and airy living space and handy utility room. There was we think a wasps nest at the rear of the property which meant we kept the windows by the sofa closed, i think this needs some attention. Other than that we had a fabulous holiday and would definitely stay agRead moreain. Comfy beds and sofa. Thank you Hide

This was our second visit to Sandyholme and definitely wont be the last. The cottage has everything we need and is spotlessly clean. Located near to the beach and the village, we rarely use the car when we visit. Perfect.

The cottage was amazing and location perfect. Sadly there was a major refurb going on next door which started at 7.30m and finished at 9.30pm. It wasnt nice to hear but this is no fault of this propertys.

Simply lovely accommodation in a peaceful location but only 5 minutes walk to the beach or Croyde village centre. It really has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This was my second visit in as many months and it didnt disappoint so Ive also booked myself in for April.

A lovely cottage in an excellent location for Croyde Beach (you can easily walk to the beach) and the local amenities which are a few minutes walk away. We stayed as a family of 4 and this was perfect with everything we could need for our stay. All the facilities are excellent and well presented with comfortable beds. Not sure how the water is heatRead moreed but the bath and showers were always hot regardless of how many people used the water which is usually a problem with a surfing break! There is even an outside hot shower to wash yourself and wetsuit. Hide
