This was our third stay in this cottage in 14 months. Perfect location for us. Clean and spacious, large bed with fresh linen and towels. Well equipped and has large private parking spaces. Just a shame we cant book the weather too!

A good clean in the kitchen area and repair/touch up of paintwork (kitchen units are tatty). Outside space needed sweeping and planters tidied up. Upstairs bedroom clean and comfortable. Lightbulbs dim and outside light not working.

I have not been back to Braunton in over 18 years and I wanted to bring my little family there to show them where my nan and grandad lived and all the things I used to do on my holidays down there. The cottage was perfect and the location was spot on to be able to go to all the places we wanted to go. Lovely fresh linen and fluffy white towels wereRead more great. Parking on site was an extra bonus and being within 1 minute of the village was fantastic. Lovely independent shops and some fantastic eateries on hand offering a wide range of choice for yummy food to eat. Will definitely be recommending the cottage to friends and family and would definitely book again. Hide

We had a great stay, location was great and easily commutable to Croyde, Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, etc. Braunton itself is a lovely area, with plenty of places to eat and drink and some nice little shops. The cottage was very comfortable, and everything catered for - would definitely return and stop again

Had a great week with our dog. Very comfortable and clean house with everything you need. Parking a real bonus. Its location, just around the back of the high street is perfect, especially as its quiet. Braunton is a lovely and good sized town with some great pubs and restaurants. We tried SQs and the Thai restaurant, both excellent.

We have stayed here twice and booked a third visit already. This is a nice clean well equipped cottage that is practical too. The utility conservatory area is great to go into with the dogs and allow us to remove leads and clean paws before entering the house. Also the tiled floor is cool for hot dogs in warmer weather. Very conveniently located for access to Braunton on foot but still quite peaceful, and well equipped for the price.

Cottage was basic but location was perfect being right in the centre of the village. Parking space was very useful, however I think you would struggle to fit two cars into the space and shouldnt be advertised as such.

The property is beautiful. Well equipped and comfortable. Beautiful l fresh white linen and towels.cushions for the outside sofa and chairs. Little extra touches made it home! Milk tea and coffee, soap, loo roll and dish washer tablets and washing tablets all provided. Just made things more welcoming annd were very much appreciated. Even a dog bedRead more in the lounge. If you have dogs the gate to the back of the property is very low and our pup hopped over no problem. (But at least it was into the yard and not out) we would Definitely rebook as the location was perfect for our needs. Hide
