Forget about everything else and lose yourself in the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty during your stay with five other human guests and two four-legged friends in this tranquil and stylish barn conversion with characterful original features – like vaulted wooden-beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls. Spend your time away exploring the nearby sandy beaches, scenic cliff-top walking trails and quaint villages.

Walk across the slate floor in the entrance hall to reach the living room with a bohemian-style feel, two large sofas, a SmartTV and a wood burner inside an exposed brick inglenook fireplace. Continue into the kitchen/diner to find another sofa and wood burner next to bi-folding glass doors which open onto the decking. Next to this is a wooden dining table and a spacious neutral-toned ‘G’-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar and contemporary lighting. There is also a utility room on the ground floor. Upstairs is a family bathroom plus three bedrooms – a king-size with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite, a double and a single. Outside is a raised terraced area with a lawn, an uncovered pond, plus furniture.

During your stay in the sleepy, picturesque village of Lincombe near Ilfracombe you’ll be surrounded by countryside, cliff-top coastal paths and secluded coves – like the dog-friendly Lee Bay Beaches (1.5 miles). The small village of Lee (1 mile) has a traditional, canine-friendly pub if you fancy a night off from cooking. Visit Sandy Cove (1.5 miles) and follow the coastal path to Bull Point Lighthouse (2.5 miles) and Rockham Beach (3 miles). The harbour town of Ilfracombe is 2 miles away and is full of seafood restaurants and shops.

Please note: Lincombe Manor is next to Lincombe Barn and share the same site, so ideal to book both properties for larger parties.

Lovely, spacious property, with large garden, in quiet location. Our party was four adults and two young children and I it was ideal for our needs. Short drive to Woolacombe and ilfracombe.

We just returned from a week at Lincombe Barn and would definitely recommend it. The barn is comfortable, well appointed, spacious and had lovely character. The area around the barn is good for walking dogs and the small but local Lee Beach was a lovely walk. We walked for miles at Putsborough, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton beaches which were alRead morel beautiful and immaculate. Would also recommend Squires and SQ as places to eat in Braunton. Hide

A beautiful house, a very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds! Loved the velux windows so much light in all the rooms. We were thankful we had a lovely cosy house to stay in as the rain never stopped!

Lovely property, great for families with young children. It would have been good to have a few 'extras' provided, such as cooking oil, salt/pepper, maybe some coffee pods etc. Better outdoor furniture would also be nice. But overall, really lovely place to stay.

The barn had been beautifully converted into a very comfortable spacious holiday home. It was lovely and warm with a great view from the dining area and garden. It is sited at the top of a steep hill so you need to be fit if you want to walk to Lee beach- a delightful stone beach with lots of rock pools.

Cottage cleanliness poor. Dusty all over including cobwebs. Ovens dirty. Extractor fans full of grease. Door mats dirty. Velux window in en-suite bathroom could not be opened using the controller. No cafetire at the property.
