Treat yourself to a getaway in this elegant and homely five-person property which overlooks Brixham Marina. Enjoy a bottle of bubbly on the balcony while soaking up the sea views and relax in the spacious open-plan living area. Spend your time exploring the delights of Brixham, swimming in the sea and hiking along the coastal path amongst nature.

Reach the entrance hallway via the lift and step inside the bright and airy lounge/diner with sea views from the French doors which lead to a balcony, two leather reclining armchairs, a sofa plus a dining table with seating for six. Continue into the compact and well-organised ‘U’-shaped kitchen with a washer/dryer and plenty of surface space for cooking a special meal for your loved ones. There is one family bathroom in this property plus three bedrooms – a single, twin plus a double with an en-suite. Outside is a balcony with furniture.

While staying in by the waterfront in Brixham Marina, an array of independent eateries and shops are all within 0.5 miles of your door. Stroll around the harbour and watch the boats cruising by, visit the museum and check out the art gallery (all within 0.5 miles). Enjoy a lazy beach day at Churston Cove (1 mile) and walk along the coastal path to reach Elberry Cove (2.5 miles) and Broadsands Beach (3 miles). In the opposite direction is Berry Head National Nature Reserve (1 mile) which is ideal for a picnic. From here the coastal path takes you to St Mary’s Bay (1 mile) and Man Sands (2.5 miles).

The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos, as is the view from it. Both of which are fantastic on their own but when married with the location and car parking, this becomes a destination we would return to without hesitation. We love Brixham and The Breakwater beach and this apartment is ideally located between the two. Loved it!

In the hottest week of the year we were fortunate enough to stay in this appartment. It was cool at all times and very comfortable. We loved the reclining seats poised to watch the spectacular view of the bay. Very well equipped - home from home.

A very nice, comfortable apartment in a stunning location. Plenty of good places to eat in town, no need to take the car out. Security gate was a bit temperamental but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

This is a wonderful apartment, tremendous location, very comfortable bed and living room furniture. a bonus having an allocated parking space and a garage.

Beautiful comfortable flat with fantastic views. Easy walking distance to town on lovely harbour walk. We have stayed in numerous properties on Moorings reach and No. 64 is by far the best.

Brilliant location and brilliant holiday accommodation. Everything provided for a home from home stay. The apartment was clean and parking a bonus. Views from the balcony and windows was amazing. We spent a long time just watching the boats come in and out from fishing boats to yatchs and the smaller working boats. Apartment is short walk to the buRead mores station if you don't fancy taking the car. Would recommend 64 Moorings Reach as a great place to stay. Hide

Great location over looking both Brixham harbour and Torbay in general. Clean and comfortable on all fronts. Sitting in the lounge whilst Storm Darragh did its best outside was comforting. Good to have a lift to the third floor when un- loading on arrival.
