Soak up the sun and the sea breeze ahead of cocktails on the patio terrace adjoining the apartment or head down to the resort’s shared open-air heated swimming pool during the summer months(please bring your own pool towels)

Attractive woodlands bordering the resort are perfect for a tranquil stroll throughout the day, and you also have direct private access to the pebble beach at Fishcombe Cove (within 100 metres). The Location's views are excellent overlooking the Bay and Channel, and with good walks nearby. The adjacent WW2 Museum is worth a visit for its history of the area. Inside the Flat was very clean and the Facilities are very good, well equipped and work well. However, the 2 bedrooms are very tight. Each has a hanging cupboard but very little shRead moreelf or drawer space. The rear outside passage was messy and not clean, but need not be used. Access is by the front patio doors, but the Multi-lock Levers need maintenance - they were hard to lock. "The Cove" site is fenced and secured, so fairly private and well maintained. On-site Parking is good. Car access to The Cove is via a narrow road and a One-Way road system outbound. Beware Brixham town centre's narrow 1 track, 2 Way streets - best avoided by car unless you enjoy reversing!! Hide

Very small main bedroom bed nearly against wall and no openable windows meaning its stuffy unless you want to compromise on security & slide open patio doors. To make it tighter you added a TV on the wall. Quite awkward getting up in the night and navigating around the double bed.

A small but pleasant holiday apartment in a very good cliff-top location between two quiet and picturesque coves. Good facilities and well positioned to walk into Brixham harbour (15 mins along coast with pram). Communal swimming pool is also clean and convenient. Stunning sea view (from the exterior patio only).

Beautiful location and fantastic apartment - Kitted out with everything you could want. Easy 10 minute stroll into Brixham. Lovely sea view from terrace and from the living room if you stand at the window. Very quiet development - and no road noise. We would love to return.

A lovely, quiet and comfortable 4 night break away at Lapwing 3, which was wonderfully decorated for Christmas! Would highly recommend staying here if youre looking for a comfortable and cosy property within walking distance of Brixham, plus the views of Torquay from the property is a beautiful sight!

The cottage was in a great location with easy walking distance to Brixham, comfortable sofas and whilst bedrooms were small the beds were very comfortable. Would book again

Fantastic holiday accomodation in a fantastic location. Beautiful views from the property, great to have use of the pool, easy to walk into Brixham, beautiful coves in walking distance. The accomodation had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
