Set up the handy folding table and chairs for mealtimes or for an evening of friendly competition with your favourite board games to make the most of the time you have with one another. Step out into the shared gardens and you’ll find a selection of seating options from picnic benches to chairs, as well as plenty of space for children to run and play on the lush green lawn.

Active adventurers should relish the opportunity to head out on the South West Coast Path with Budleigh Salterton and Branscombe Beach (both 6 miles) in either direction offering a perfect place to stop and soak in the seaside scenery. The whole site needs a major revamp. This property is not up to the usual high standard of Original Cottages. We would not stay here again even it was free.

This is a very clean and tidy, basic cottage, no WYFi. It needs about 1 a day in change for electric. It would be great for children it is very close to the Donkey sanctuary.

Very nice accommodation awaited myself and my dog at Stoneleigh, it was easy to find, very clean, and all instructions were clear, plus a nice welcome in the firm of tea/coffee, milk, fudge and cookies.

Paccombe Lodge was ideally situated right by the Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary, which made it ideal for visiting the donkeys, and for a leisurely stroll down for breakfast in their really good restaurant! Although small, the chalet provided everything you need for a week's break, and being dog friendly was the icing on the cake.

The location was great but the property itself is in need of some TLC. There are holes patched and bodged with poly filler and not painted. Dvds on the shelf but no DVD player and no router or wifi.

There was no clear mention about the rental using coins for electricity. Also it was so cold in the rental that the bedding and towels felt damp! Other than that a lovely place to stay.

This holiday chalet is ideally located for the coastal path and right next door to the donkey sanctuary. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is a perfect base for walking and days out.
