Find this immaculately presented family home in the Devonshire village of Beer, just half a mile from the picturesque Beer Beach. Beer offers a delightful destination for a restful break, located at the heart of the East Devon AONB with pristine beaches within easy reach and the Jurassic Coast pathway offering miles-upon miles of scenic clifftop viewing and geological interest. The property itself is a neat two-storey cottage with space for five guests to stay, an ideal option for family or friends. It’s also dog-friendly, inviting two canine companions to stay with you in undeniable comfort.

Leave boots, shoes and beach equipment in the hallway before moving inside. Two extremely sociable spaces, a lounge and a kitchen/diner, await on the ground floor. With a sofa, dining table and breakfast bar, there’s so much space to sit and keep your cook company in the contemporary kitchen. There are also French doors into the small rear garden with a summer house offering desk space and a utility area, handy for those who need to work whilst away or prefer to keep on top of the family laundry. Back indoors, pass a downstairs WC on your way to the first floor where you’ll find three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside up the steps is a tiered enclosed garden with large table and chairs for outside seating and dining.

Along with trips to the beach, find plenty of attractions to keep young ones entertained in the surrounding area. A trip to the Beer Quarry Caves (1 mile) and The Donkey Sanctuary (6 miles) will certainly be on the cards. Nearby Seaton (2 miles) is a fantastic holiday destination with a wide stretch of beach, the Seaton Tramway and Seaton Wetlands (2.5 miles) where wildlife thrives.
