This seaside escape is located in the heart of Brixham, on the beautiful English Riviera. Sleeping four guests, the property is perfect for couples, families or friends seeking a relaxing break in this picturesque corner of Devon. A short 200-metre stroll will bring you to Brixham’s bustling harbour, where you can watch the colourful boats bobbing on the water, dine in one of the award winning restaurants, or pick up some fresh seafood for your supper.

The charming, three-storey townhouse boasts cosy rooms and impressive views across the sea and harbour. Step inside, where you’ll find a family shower room and a twin bedroom. Upstairs, on the first floor, discover the beautiful master bedroom with a striking exposed stone wall, a sumptuous king-size bed and magnificent harbour views. The main living area is on the second floor and has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax on the comfortable sofas to watch a film on the Smart TV, or simply sit back and admire the far-reaching views across the town and harbour and sea. Guests have access to a pretty shared walled garden where you can hang your swimmers out to dry, take your dog and relax on the bench, breathing in the sea air. With the harbour and beach within 0.5 miles, you’ll find plenty of interesting walks to enjoy nearby.

In the months of May through to November why not attend one of the many events and festivals in the area like the Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Lanterns, lights & 'luminations, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Teignmouth Air show, Devon County Show.

Brixham has some fabulous beaches, many restaurants and cafes . Head to the family favourite of Shoalstone (1 mile) for a dip in the seawater pool, the sheltered cove at Fishcombe (1 mile) to escape the crowds, or Breakwater Beach (0.5 miles) for a spot of scuba diving. From the harbour, you can take boat trips to explore the Torbay area, or hop on the foot ferry to spend the day in Paignton or Torquay. The Dartmouth Steam Train is another great way to travel in style, Historic Dartmouth car ferry point is 15 minutes drive away and you can journey to many local attractions, including National Trust Greenway, the former holiday home of Agatha Christie.
