This stylish apartment enjoys a prime location overlooking Woolacombe, with stunning views across the valley and out to sea. The property sleeps four guests and is the perfect coastal bolthole for those looking to switch off and relax in idyllic surroundings. A short 200-metre stroll brings you into the heart of the village, where you’ll find a great range of independent restaurants and cosy pubs, along with the 3-mile sandy beach. After a day at the beach, unwind on your private balcony and watch the sunset over the ocean.

Steps lead to the gorgeous first-floor apartment. Once inside, discover a bright and airy, open-plan living space with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, spectacular views and homely touches. Rustle up tasty meals in the kitchen area to enjoy around the dining table or at the breakfast bar. When the day is done, choose from an inviting king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, or a cosy twin. There’s also a family bathroom. Outside, you’ll have a private balcony with seating to sit and soak up the breathtaking scenery.

Woolacombe undoubtedly has one of North Devon’s finest beaches. With mile upon mile of soft, golden sand, it’s easy to escape the crowds, whatever the season. Its consistent, rolling waves make it a surfing hotspot, and you’ll find many companies offering lessons. Outdoor enthusiasts can also try horse riding, paddleboarding, and even hang gliding from the village. As well as the main beach, there are also several smaller stretches of sand in the area. The picturesque cove of Barricane Beach (0.5 miles) is a must for photographers, with its interesting rock formations and turquoise waters. Be sure to sample the delicious curry, too, which the nearby cafe serves to beachgoers on summer evenings.

I had a wonderful stay at Driftwood, Woolacombe. The apartment was beautiful with a big balcony with a stunning view of the beach and sea that i would never get tired of looking at. The apartment is a few mins walk from the beach so its in a great location too. The apartment was very spacious and clean. I will definitely go back

Fantastic views of Woolacombe bay and the sunsets over Lundy. 10 minutes walk for the beach. Reserved parking place a big bonus.

Clean, modern, well equipped and very comfortable apartment, with beautiful views. Beds and pillows comfortable, good bedding. great to have a separate shower and bath. Good size white appliances . Unfortunately balcony was on busy main road and no outside table, sun umbrella or chairs but good chair loungers. Washing machine was broken, whichRead more we hadnt realised in time for it to be sorted during our stay which was an inconvenience. No hairdryer but this was immediately sorted by the house keeper.
