Take a big holiday in this beautiful farmhouse. You’ll have space for two families to adventure and explore the wonderful Devon, and you can take your dogs, too! This property is on a 350-acre farm with plenty of privacy, but there are lots of day trips to enjoy in the nearby areas.

The spacious ground floor has most of the property’s social areas. There’s a grand lounge and a snug with an electric fireplace, both of which are great for watching films, reading or curling up with a nice drink for a chat. Next, you’ll see a kitchen, equipped with everything you’ll need to cook up a feast, which can be enjoyed in the spacious and eclectic dining room. Continue to the conservatory, the perfect spot for stretching out in the sunshine, and the final downstairs room is the family shower room. Head upstairs for a games room, complete with a video game setup and table football, and a family bathroom. Finally, there are four bedrooms: a flexible bedroom which can either be arranged as a super-king or a twin, with an en-suite; second flexible twin/super-king-size bedroom; a third flexible twin/king-size bedroom, and finally a king-size bedroom. This property has separate front and rear gardens. The front has an outdoor dining area and a lawn, and the rear has a picnic bench, BBQ and a fire pit.

You’ll find lots of places to explore with your group, including Roadford Lake (3.5 miles), where you can do water sports, archery, high ropes, fishing, birdwatching, then enjoy a picnic or grab a bite in the cafe. Alternatively, take a day trip to Bude (18.5 miles), a bustling seaside town with surfing, eateries, shopping and a great beach.

Excellent, well-equipped cottage in a convenient location. All the amenities you need are at the cottage with plenty of space for the dogs to run in the garden and small paddock. We really enjoyed our trips out from the cottage to Dartmoor and the Cornwall coast.

Absolutely loved staying here. Peaceful and quiet. The house was warm and cosy in the evenings even when the weather was unforgiving! We were a large family with 2 young ones and the travel cots provided were perfect for my little ones. The beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet, surprisingly soundproofed! There is loads of space and we had everRead moreything we needed for meals, socialising and quiet time. Honestly cannot say anything negative about this property. We are hoping to visit again next year, we all loved it. Hide

Wonderful farmhouse in a very nice location, spacious & comfortable, has everything you need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and and hosts were very welcoming. Would highly recommend.
