This is a lovely modern house in a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views from the rear of the property over the Axe valley and beyond. Lovely property to spend time in should the weather be adverse. Will likely return in the future.

Great property, only problem we had was we had ants on the first day, emailed Original Cottages on the address in folder and received no reply and had to sort the problem ourselves.

This is a large modern house which has amazing country views from the veranda/decking. The garden was lovely for my grandson to play I am sure the artificial grass could be quite hot underfoot in the summer. Three generations had space to relax together obviously being a school holiday meant sadly a premium price having to be paid.

Axe View is a lovely, large and comfortable new-ish house. The beds are so comfy and have very good quality bedding, there were plenty of good quality towels too. We were there to catch up with friends, who live near by. The house is a little way from the sea and amenities, but its a short drive to Seaton where there is plenty of parking. There wRead moreere nice touches like games and books - we played Scrabble and Ker-plunk - great fun! We also enjoyed the cream tea, which was left for us. The kitchen area has all you could need for a few days away, though we didn't find the knives and forks etc straightway - they are in a hidden drawer under the hob! The outside seating area was used (though it was a bit cold) - the view from there is lovely. We all felt very refreshed after our weekend away - thank you. Hide
