Overall a good property mostly due to location and amazing views at the back of the house. Great size with good size bedrooms and beds and on a nice quiet housing estate on the outskirts of Seaton but walkable to town ( on a hill but still walkable but also on bus route). I would recommend to others but some TLC is needed in places within the propeRead morerty. Hide

This is a very comfortable property with plenty of space for the three generations staying. It is well positioned to explore many beaches along the south coast.

A clean, light and bright modern house on a newish housing estate. Being on the edge of the estate there were beautiful views from the rear of the property and we even saw a roe deer in the field behind the garden. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Our only issue was the steeply sloping drive which was a bit challenging. SeaRead moreton is an excellent base to explore Devon, Dorset and Somerset and, within Seaton itself, we loved the tramway and the wetlands. Hide

Nice, clean, comfortable house with lovely views. Unfortunately, the weather didn't enable us to benefit from the outside space.

The house is well stocked and in a decent area to use as a base . The garden seems to be crumbling at the back so you need to be careful otherwise a great holiday .

Axe view is a good base for the area. However when we arrived the oven had fish fingers in the grill. Also we had to fetch the garden furniture from the garage!
