Generally clean and comfortable. Good access to Sidmouth and other nearby places by car. There's also a bus stop right outside. Some road noise.

Very tidy and well presented accommodation in a convenient spot next to the main road. It is self-catering in the fullest sense, so do take all food necessities with you if you intend to do any cooking. Very comfortable, very clean and everything nice and new.

Arrived to find cottage hadn't been cleaned so called Holiday Cottages who were very apologetic and contacted the owners. Luckily I was going straight out again after arrival and so it was all cleaned by the time I returned. The property was perfect for me, very comfortable, furnished to a high standard, plenty of storage and had all necessary ameRead morenities. I was working each morning and the dining table was ideal, plenty of plug points and the WiFi was great. Parking spot right outside and a lovely little river at bottom of the garden. I can certainly recommend this cottage. Hide

A good sized property in a good off road position with own parking place. Quiet position and good for sight seeing area. Not good for children as no garden but pretty stream near by. Sunny position on the front. Could do with some extra equipment in the kitchen Hot water was excellent and the WiFi was great. Nice welcome pack on arrival.

This is a homely and well equipped cottage, with particularly comfortable beds. It is very well located for exploring this area of Devon and has easy access with a dedicated parking space that was very convenient. A very relaxing environment; books, board games and jigsaws are an added bonus.
