Inside this wonderful property, you’ll immediately see the fabulous attention to detail with original and contemporary features blending seamlessly. Originally a 16th-century farmhouse it has been lovingly converted to provide a wonderful holiday home for up to eight guests. There’s an architect-designed timber clad extension with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is flooded with light and has bi-fold doors out to the private terrace where you can enjoy lovely views and evening sunsets and make use of the pizza oven and BBQ. In the older part of the property there is also a wonderfully cosy space with an open fire at one end and wood burner directly opposite by the staircase. There’s even an additional snug so plenty of options if you wish to tuck yourself away in peace and quiet or join in with conversation and game playing. For sleeping, guests have the choice of four spacious bedrooms – two king-size rooms (one with an en-suite shower room) as well as a double and a twin. As well as this there are two further family bathrooms. Outside, you’ll find the terrace, mature gardens and even a trampoline and football goals – you can even collect eggs from the friendly hens.

From the property, take the short 5-mile trip into the glorious seaside town of Bude, a charming seaside town in Cornwall, which offers a delightful mix of natural beauty, thrilling outdoor activities, and a vibrant local atmosphere. Whether you're a beach lover, a thrill-seeker, or simply looking to relax and soak up the laid-back coastal vibes, Bude has something for everyone. Here you can explore some lovely beaches from the family-friendly Summerleaze Beach, complete with a sea pool and stunning cliffs, to the secluded and wild Sandymouth Beach. Bude also offers fantastic conditions for both beginners and experienced surfers. If you’d prefer to stay on dry land, why not immerse yourself in Cornwall's breathtaking coastal scenery by walking a section of the South West Coast Path. If you wish to go a little further afield, the North Devon beach of Westward Ho! and the pretty Cornish villages of Tintagel, Port Isaac and Rock are all within 35 miles.
